Ginger - 1 inch piece
Green chilli - 1
coconut ( grated ) - 1/2 cup
curd - 1 cup
Salt - as needed
Mustard - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - a few
Oil - as needed
Method
1.Peel skin of ginger and cut into small pieces.
2.Cut coriander leaves finely.
3.Grind ginger, green chilli, coconut to a paste.
4.Mix curd, ginger paste, salt in a vessel.
5.Heat a small frying pan.
6.Add mustard and when it splutters, add to the pachadi.
7.Add coriander leaves and mix well.
