For Koftas ::
200 gms-------------paneer
2--------------------potatoes
1/2 teaspn-----------red chilli pwdr
1/4 teaspn-----------garam masala
2 table spn-----------corn flour
oil
salt
Boil potatoes, peel them & grate both potatoes & panner. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala & corn flour. Mix well.
Make round balls of this mixture. If the balls are not sticking then add more of corn flour.
Now heat oil in a pan & fry these balls in the oil till golden brown.
For the Gravy ::

1/2 cup---------cashewnutpwdr
1/2 teaspn------cumin seed
1/2 tea spn------red chilli pwdr
1/4 tea spn------turmeric
1/4 tea spn------garam masala
1----------------bayleaf
2 table spn-------clarified butter

Grind onion & tomatoes together. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds & bay leaf.
Add onion & tomato paste to it and fry till brown. Later add curd, cashew nut powder, salt,red chilli powder,turmeric & garam masala.
Stir it continously for 1 min & then add 2 cups of water.
Before serving heat the curry & add the koftas to it.
